Sheila Renee Milburn is the president of SRM HR Consulting, LLC.  She is an expert in federal human resources management with more than 37 years of experience in areas of: strategic program management; organizational assessment; employee and labor relations; workplace investigations; civil rights; performance management; Intergovernmental Personnel Act agreements; and federal resume writing and recruitment strategies for veterans and underrepresented groups.

Ms. Milburn's federal career spanned more than 37 years at multiple federal agencies.  She is known as one of the best in the business.  She serves as an adjunct instructor with several private sector companies providing federal employee training.  She is a volunteer with Hire Heroes, USA assisting veterans with their resume needs in transitioning to civilian work life.  She is a certified mediator, EEO and workplace investigator.    She is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College with a degree in human resources management.
