She serves as an adjunct instructor with several private sector companies providing federal employee training. She is a volunteer with Hire Heroes, USA assisting veterans with their resume needs in transitioning to civilian work life. She is a certified mediator and workplace investigator. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College with a degree in human resources management.
